RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All regular-price purchases have a 14 day return/exchange window starting on the day of delivery. If the return/exchange request fell outside of the 14 day window, it would be not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt at info@verityanddaughters.com to let us know you'd like to make a return/exchange. We will reply with an USPS shipping label. We always strive for improvement so please let us know your experience.

We charge a $10 return fee, which helps offset the cost of shipping and the restocking process at our warehouse. The return fee will be subtracted from the refund.

The $10 return fee is waived for first time exchange. Additional exchange/subsequent return will subject to $10 shipping and handling fee each time.

Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of return label issue date

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At this time, international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All return/exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with all original labels and tags attached. A copy of the receipt should be included in the return.

Please be mindful of deodorant or other body products, as any residue will render the garment ineligible for refund/exchange. Stains and odors will also prevent items from refund/exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the merchandise, and will be credited to your original payment, minus the return fee. You will receive an email confirmation when your refunds are processed.

Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account statement.
