DOMESTIC SHIPPING

VERITY & DAUGHTERS offers free USPS ground shipping and return on full price U.S. orders. All sales items are FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

All accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All orders are shipped from New York City Monday to Friday within 2–3 business days after placing your order.

If an order is placed by 11am EST between Monday and Friday, your order will go out within 2–3 business days. If ordered after 11am EST between Monday and Friday, please allow 3–4 business days to process your order. This includes expedited shipping.

Please allow 5-9 business days for your order to arrive.

A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment.

Since signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All international orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping to Canada is around USD$20, around USD$35 to France, around USD$45 to the UK, around USD$50 to Australia, and around USD$50 to Korea.

All international orders are shipped from New York City Monday to Friday within 2–3 business days after placing your order.

A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment.

International shipping arrivals depend largely upon the pace with which they are processed through customs. We are unable to control or predict delivery windows for these packages.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges will be invoiced to you by the courier directly. We are not responsible for import duties and taxes. .

Should the package be refused at the point of delivery, the order will be charged with customs fees, original shipping charges, and any costs associated with the return shipment. Refunds for refused international shipments will be less the aforementioned fees.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
