VERITY & DAUGHTERS offers free USPS ground shipping and return on full price U.S. orders. All sales items are FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
All accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All orders are shipped from New York City Monday to Friday within 2–3 business days after placing your order.
Please allow 5-9 business days for your order to arrive.
A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
Since signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are FINAL SALE.
All international orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping to Canada is around USD$30, around USD$45 to the UK, and around USD$50 to Korea.
All international orders are shipped from New York City Monday to Friday within 2–3 business days after placing your order.
A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
International shipping arrivals depend largely upon the pace with which they are processed through customs. We are unable to control or predict delivery windows for these packages.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges will be invoiced to you by the courier directly. We are not responsible for import duties and taxes. .
Should the package be refused at the point of delivery, the order will be charged with customs fees, original shipping charges, and any costs associated with the return shipment. Refunds for refused international shipments will be less the aforementioned fees.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We understand ordering online can sometimes be tricky. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any unsuitable items (except on all sales items) within 7 days of receipt.
If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at info@verityanddaughters.com to let us know you'd like to make a return. We will reply with an USPS shipping label. We always strive for improvement so please let us know your experience.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return label issue date
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with all original labels and tags attached. A copy of the receipt should be included in the return.
Please be mindful of deodorant or other body products, as any residue will render the garment ineligible for refund. Stains and odors will also prevent items for refund. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the merchandise, and will be credited to your original payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your refunds are processed.
Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account statement.
At this time, international orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
